Customer Service Delivery Representative

Job Description

This position sits within the Customer and Community Group and reports the Service Delivery Lead – Aquatics. Customer Service teams are the voice of the customer and the face of the community. This opportunity will give you the tools to deliver excellent customer service and could lead into the many customer service career streams within Council.

This role sits onsite at Hamilton Pools, which encourage growth, autonomy and a supportive culture.

Work Pattern

1 full‑time position available with the following schedule: Tue 5:00 am‑1:30 pm, Wed 11:00 am‑7:30 pm, Thu 12:00 pm‑8:30 pm, Fri 10:30 am‑7:00 pm, Sat 7:30 am‑4:00 pm.
