Administrative processing
- Act asthe point of contactfor Global BusinessServices (GBS) Team and auditors for CertIQ issues
- Coordinateof audits and deadline control / scheduling in CertIQ
- Correct recording in CertIQ database / CRM
- Attend to ad-hoc & variousclientissues
- Liaise with clients before and after audits
- Record, review, and process invoices from auditors
- Support GBS Team with invoicing issues
Sales processing
