Overview

Customer Service Representatives handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services. In addition to assisting consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases, they frequently offer guidance and technical support. They typically do their business from residences, call centers, or office settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and technical support; assist consumers with returns, upgrades, and purchases; handle concerns and complaints regarding goods and services.

Qualifications

• At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
• With or without call center experience
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to start immediately
