About the Role
Customer Service Advisor – Out of Hours Team, Corporate Hub
Location: Customer Service Centre, Lancaster House, Lincoln.
Contract: 20 hours per week for 12 weeks.
Shift Hours
- Overnight (12:00 midnight – 8:00 am)
- Evenings, weekend and all public holidays
- Core hours: Monday‑Thursday 17:30‑08:00 and Friday‑Monday 17:30‑08:00
The Opportunity
You will be the first point of contact for emergency calls relating to Adult’s and Children’s Social Care. You will handle calls from professionals (e.g. Police and Health Services) and members of the public. The calls are of a sensitive nature, requiring efficient and accurate gathering and processing of information.
In addition, you will take calls about District Council Services (e.g. Council Housing Repairs) and other local services including libraries and heritage enquiries.
