37 hours per week Monday - Friday

Gateway offers multiple services to customers, which includes Kent County Council services supported by a range of partner services from the public and voluntary sectors.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work full time within the Gateway Customer Service Team, based at Ashford Gateway Plus, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1AS, with flexibility to work at other Gateway locations, including Tenterden Gateway should service needs require.

This is a front-line customer services role, and you will be providing advice and guidance to a wide range of customers and assisting them to access services. You must demonstrate excellent people skills and be able to adapt your communication style to match individuals needs.
