Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (6-10 weeks)

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour.


We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. This is a varied role combining both customer interaction and administrative support within a busy environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Answering incoming calls from both customers and contractors and ensuring all details are recorded into the system correctly.

  • Communicate and support multiply departments to ensure all queries and complaints are dealt with promptly and provide updates to customers during this process.
