About the Role

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Spanish Speaking Customer Service Administrator/Executive to support partner booking handling and coordination within the team. The role will focus on managing partner booking requests, resolving booking-related issues, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensuring accurate, timely, and professional communication across all booking workflows.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and monitor partner booking requests from receipt through completion, ensuring all booking details are accurate and handled within agreed timelines.

• Act as the main coordination point between partners, internal customer service team members, suppliers, and other departments for booking-related concerns.
