About the Role

Responsibilities:
0. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, customer inquiries, and service requests.

  1. Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate personnel where necessary.

  2. Assist and serve walk-in customers courteously.

  3. Sales and Order Processing: Create and process sales orders accurately in the system.

  4. Submit e-invoices through customer portals and email as required.

  5. Prepare necessary documentation such as Invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists for overseas clients.

  6. Ensure timely posting of customer documents (e.g. delivery order copies) as required

  7. Organize and file delivery orders (DO), invoices (INV), and purchase orders (PO)
