About the Role
The Customer Relations Specialist is responsible for scheduling outpatient procedures throughout the Hospital. Liaisons and/or representatives for the Hospital by interacting with customers and physicians. Responsible for specific programs such as the Ellis Info line and EMG Call Center. Supports all programs relating to marketing strategies and the enhancement of customer satisfaction and a positive hospital image.
+ Receive and process calls into the customer/referral line, as well as outbound calls to customers.
+ Receive and process EMG Call Center calls from physicians, physician offices and patients through various hospital departments.
+ Instruct offices and patients as to the proper blood work, preparations, direction and instructions for various procedures.
+ Ensures all online requests are handled within 24 hours of the time they appear.
+ Schedule conference room requests.
+ Complete required training.
