About the Role

What you’ll do
  • Input, update, and verify database/CRM data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage VIP and call lists, including updates in CRM and Dealer Management Systems.
  • Prepare outbound call lists and maintain related database documentation and standards.
  • Conduct customer calls (NPS, onboarding, service) and track responses, issues, and follow‑ups.
  • Raise and follow up on service/technical tickets, including system access and enhancements.
  • Process invoices/orders (SAP Concur, Coupa) and compile sales incentives and performance reports; support ad‑hoc tasks.
About you
  • Minimum Higher NITEC/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and customer‑centric mindset.
