About the Role

Customer relations officer (Full-Time) Job Responsibilities
  • Manage appointment bookings and handle daily customer enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
  • Greet customers warmly, serve beverages, and guide them to their seats
  • Ensure smooth front desk operations and overall customer experience
  • Maintain and update appointment schedules and customer records
  • Handle cashiering duties (billing, payments, receipts)
  • Manage booking deposits and appointment confirmations
  • Follow up with customers (appointment reminders / post-service messages)
  • Assist with basic customer service recovery when needed
  • Support administrative tasks including:
    • Tracking staff punctuality (lateness) using Excel
    • Calculating stylist attendance and regularity reports
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
