Customer relations officer (Full-Time) Job Responsibilities
- Manage appointment bookings and handle daily customer enquiries via WhatsApp and Instagram
- Greet customers warmly, serve beverages, and guide them to their seats
- Ensure smooth front desk operations and overall customer experience
- Maintain and update appointment schedules and customer records
- Handle cashiering duties (billing, payments, receipts)
- Manage booking deposits and appointment confirmations
- Follow up with customers (appointment reminders / post-service messages)
- Assist with basic customer service recovery when needed
- Support administrative tasks including:
- Tracking staff punctuality (lateness) using Excel
