Customer Relationship & Communication
Act as the primary focal point of communication for all assigned projects.Manage customer relationships through weekly, monthly, or quarterly reviews to discuss deliveries, commitments, and account progress.Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Present information effectively to both internal and external executive management.
