Our client is Xerox, a US business globally recognised, providing print and digital document solutions across more than 160 countries. They are currently looking for a new team member to join their Order-to-Cash (OTC / O2C) team in Barcelona, within the finance operations department, as a Customer Operations Specialist - BeNeLux Market.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and manage workflow efficiently to meet targets and service standards
• Handle order processing, order entry, and order fulfillment activities, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Process customer orders, returns, and amendments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Review orders for completeness, correct pricing, billing details, shipping information, and other required documentation before processing
