About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments and provide professional customer service support via phone and email.
  • Maintain and update schedules, records, and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate and deploy contractors or teams based on operational requirements.
  • Liaise with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Prepare and generate reports using Excel and internal systems.
  • Support process improvements to enhance reporting, scheduling, and data management efficiency.
  • Perform administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
  • Experience in managing large data sets 50,000-100,000 in excel will be an added advantage
