About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Run customer marketing campaigns designed to drive expansion and activation across the existing customer base
  • That means understanding where customers are in their journey, building programs that move them forward, and working closely with CS and sales to make sure the right messages reach the right people
  • Own our presence on Gartner Peer Insights and G2, building and executing review generation programs that keep our ratings current, credible, and competitive
  • Manage our customer reference program from end to end: maintaining a database of referenceable customers, building case studies and testimonials, and working with sales to match the right references to the right opportunities
