- Certificate in Customer Service, Marketing, Exports or related qualification (NQF 5).
- Up to 3 years' Customer Service experience or experience operating as a Customer Liaison Officer in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer Literate with Microsoft Office and SAP

- Deliver effective and efficient service to business, customer and end-user queries.
