About the Role

EG Construction Norway is seeking a dedicated support consultant for our service desk in Tønsberg to assist customers with IT challenges and deliver professional service during 08:00–16:00, with occasional after-hours. You will handle 1st and 2nd line cases via phone, chat, email, and remote access, document errors, and prepare user guides to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
