To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) set for Policy and Endorsement Issuance To achieve Productivity based on UPHTo achieve Availability (Core work) setQuality check of documentation for policy processing Client code creation and data capturing of policy or risk information in system (New business/Endorsement/Renewal/Cancellation) Data capturing of policy/risk information in system Assist to raise refund to Insured due to over payment including endorsement and cancellation To ensure accuracy of risk details Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediaryEnsure policies/endorsements are issued within the turnaround timeSorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filing of documents User Acceptance Test (UAT)Any other duties as assignedRelated to general insurance industryMinimum qualification SPM o...
