About the Role

Key Objective

  • To achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) set for Policy and Endorsement Issuance 
  • To achieve Productivity based on UPH
  • To achieve Availability (Core work) set
  • Quality check of documentation for policy processing 
  • Client code creation and data capturing of policy or risk information in system (New business/Endorsement/Renewal/Cancellation)
  •  Data capturing of policy/risk information in system 
  • Assist to raise refund to Insured due to over payment including endorsement and cancellation 
  • To ensure accuracy of risk details 
  • Attending phone calls/emails from business units and intermediary
  • Ensure policies/endorsements are issued within the turnaround time
  • Sorting and dispatching of policies / endorsements, binding and filing of documents 
  • User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  • Any other duties as assigned
