Customer Experience & Operations Coordinator

DNA BRANDS CO PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer service professional with at least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in beauty or services. The role involves delivering personalized service, managing schedules, maintaining records, and overseeing shop operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and proactive in addressing customer needs. Working hours are 10AM - 7PM, five days a week, at convenient locations within walking distance from MRT.
