About the Role
Dr Scent SA is seeking a Customer Experience & Call Center Supervisor to lead the Customer Service, Call Center, Customer Success, and Quality Operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and achievement of service KPIs in the UAE.
You will supervise teams, optimize CRM data, monitor performance, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and Maintenance to deliver seamless support from first contact to after-sales. This role reports to the General Manager.
