Customer Quotation Specialist
Responsible for providing outstanding service support for our customers within the Americas region.
What You Will Do
- Process sales orders and transactions based on customer requests.
- Review order status to ensure accuracy and drive proactive customer outreach.
- Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
- Manage order revisions and expedites of orders.
- Manage inbound calls, outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, and maintain records utilizing our CRM‑Salesforce.
- Contract manage platform and cellular subscriptions.
- Ensure continual improvement of quoting process by recommending improvements to processes and systems.
- Communicate with other areas of the company regarding customer questions and concerns.
