Customer Quotation Specialist

Responsible for providing outstanding service support for our customers within the Americas region.

What You Will Do

  • Process sales orders and transactions based on customer requests.
  • Review order status to ensure accuracy and drive proactive customer outreach.
  • Provide accurate quotes based on customer requirements in a timely manner.
  • Manage order revisions and expedites of orders.
  • Manage inbound calls, outbound calls and emails in a timely manner, and maintain records utilizing our CRM‑Salesforce.
  • Contract manage platform and cellular subscriptions.
  • Ensure continual improvement of quoting process by recommending improvements to processes and systems.
  • Communicate with other areas of the company regarding customer questions and concerns.
