The opportunity

You will be responsible for all first impressions through phone calls, visits, proposals and reports, delivering a level of customer service that wins over even the harshest critic. This front‑desk role supports the Office Operations Manager by running the office smoothly, taking ownership of routine administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless service for all visitors.

Additional responsibilities include planning and leading the hosting of on‑site networking events, helping attendees feel at ease and welcome, and supporting the marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across client‑facing documentation.
