Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
  • Preferably with background in Customer Support / Technical Support (WordPress-related experience is a strong advantage).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to engage with customers warmly and effectively; maintain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with WordPress core, plugins, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in analyzing logs, console errors, and server responses is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress (installation, plugins, common errors, troubleshooting).
  • Ability to translate technical issues into simple, user-friendly instructions.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage but not always required.
  • Proficient in handling support ticket systems or helpdesk software.
