Customer Delivery Hub, Driver Installer

About the Role

As one of our Installation Specialists based in a Customer Delivery Hub, you will bring the distinctive John Lewis service to customers’ doors, delivering and installing products such as furniture, kitchen appliances, sound systems, and TV sets. You will work as part of a 2‑person delivery crew and drive a 7.5‑tonne vehicle. Due to its nature, you must be 18 years or older to work in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the John Lewis brand; customer service is your priority.
• Load the lorry with deliveries and work with the warehouse team.
• Treat customers’ homes with respect, handle unexpected situations, and find solutions.
• Install products efficiently and demonstrate how they work.
• Keep up to date with new products and technologies.
