Customer Delivery Driver, Supermarket Assistant

About the role

As one of our Customer Delivery Drivers, you’ll bring the unique blend of quality Waitrose produce and partner‑led service right to customers’ doors. During off‑road hours you’ll support the shop team with stock replenishment and housekeeping.

Minimum age: 18 years or older.

Key Responsibilities

• Check delivery routes for the day.
• Load and prepare van for deliveries, ensuring orders are organised for efficient delivery.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance, health and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service as an ambassador for the Waitrose brand.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport based on trust and service.
• Support wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when required.
• Part‑time work: Sunday between 06:00‑14:15.
