• Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
• Language: Mandarin (Preferred)

What you'll be doing on the job

Job Scope

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, live chat, email
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Update and maintain customer interaction in CRM systems and database

Requirements

• Experience in customer service would be an advantage
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
• Speak fluently in English
• East Malaysian (Sabah & Sarawak) highly encouraged to apply
