Responsibilities

• Overall person-in-charge in ensuring proper planning and preparation of checklists and documentation in accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) to be ready for delivery of vacant possession (VP)/ handing over to purchasers.
• Lead and ensure delivery of quality handover and customer services for VP.
