Reporting to the Sr Project Automation Manager, responsible for developing and leading comprehensive project plans for standard automation deployments for the Americas Region.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and report automation site maturity data and identify further automation opportunities.
• Reconcile site automation maturity data against internal dashboards and present to senior leadership.
• Develop and manage timeline and milestones for process optimization, simulation, and automation in strategic sites.
• Plan resources for regional cross‑functional teams to ensure success in achieving project deliverables.
