Position Summary:

TheCustodianis responsible for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and alleyways of property in a clean and safe condition and will assist in other types of basic maintenance, when necessary.  Expected to perform all custodial and maintenance duties in a professional manner and on a timely basis.
