Development Manager – Curzon Programme

Grade 6 (Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review). Salary: £54,495–£64,811. Working 36.5 hours per week. Sponsorship is not available. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship for the duration of the appointment.

About The Role

This role leads the development and delivery of strategically important regeneration programmes that support Birmingham’s wider Growth Strategy and Investment Plan across East Birmingham, Knowledge Quarter, Enterprise Zone and the Curzon/HS2 growth corridor. You will work alongside consultants, developers, partners and internal stakeholders to shape and deliver complex development projects that drive investment, regeneration and long‑term economic growth.
