The CPE Engineer owns end‑to‑end resolution of Supplies product and field quality issues, ensuring fast containment, deep root cause identification, and sustainable corrective actions. This role is expected to operate with a strong sense of urgency, drive accountability across teams, and protect the customer experience while maintaining business continuity.

• End‑to‑End Issue Ownership (Critical)

  • Take full ownership of Supplies customer/field issues from detection to closure.
  • Drive rapid containment actions to protect customers and supply.
