Job Duties
- Make sales calls and provide technical support to customers in a defined territory.
- Prepare for and facilitate sales calls and document outcomes.
- Use knowledge of products and capabilities to identify and troubleshoot or resolve complex customer issues independently.
- Assist with resolving complex customer issues escalated from more junior team members.
- Provide feedback or insight on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues via CRM.
