Job Duties
Under broad direction, make sales calls and provide technical support to customers in a defined territory. Prepare for and facilitate sales calls and document outcomes. Draw on knowledge of products and their capabilities to identify and troubleshoot/resolve complex customer issues independently. May assist with resolving complex customer issues escalated from more junior team members. Provide feedback/insight on customer needs, competitors, technology, and other pertinent issues via CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system/process.
