Cultivation Tech 2

The Cultivation Technician 2 role is a more advanced cultivator; greater responsibility and productivity are expected of the more senior gardener.

Duties and Responsibilities

● To ensure all cultivation tasks are performed up to standard and in a timely manner.

● To communicate with the management team and to follow instruction with regard to daily workflow, and to help disseminate information to the team.

● Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

● Experience with cultivation tasks, performs duties with skill and consistency.

● Experience with irrigation, able to recognize problems and troubleshoot solutions.
