Culinary Manager (Relocation to UAE)

The Culinary Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of new menu items and product improvements across Americana brands. The role ensures all innovations align with brand strategy, consumer insights, operational feasibility, food safety standards, and commercial objectives, while maintaining cost efficiency and consistent execution across markets. The position works closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand, Quality Assurance, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, and reports to the NPD Director.

This role is based in the UAE, and candidates must be open to relocation to the UAE as part of the role requirements.
