About the Role
We’re Kilter, and we’re on a mission to transform how food is grown.
At Kilter, we’re building technology that improves the land we borrow from nature. With a growing global population and pressure on natural resources, we need to grow more food using less land, fewer inputs, and smarter tools. That’s where we come in.
We’ve developed AX-1, a fully autonomous field robot that targets weeds without harming crops or soil - using advanced AI, IoT and our patented nozzle technology. It reduces herbicide use by 95%, boosts yields by up to 35%, and gives farmers a scalable way to grow food sustainably.
Our platform combines robotics, machine learning, edge and cloud infrastructure, and intuitive digital tools. And it’s working, in real fields, with real customers. But we’re just getting started.
