**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The CT Technologist performs a variety of imaging procedures, including Computed Tomography procedures, and is responsible for safety protocols. Functions as the first line interface with patients. Participates in CQI activities.
**What you will do in this role:**
+ Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burns and extraneous radiation to patients.
+ Determines the most suitable anatomical posture and positions and shields patients accordingly.
+ Practices medical and surgical aseptic procedures.
+ Works under the direction of the Radiologist at all times.
