We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account to assist patients and clients with healthcare inquiries, claims, and service-related questions. You will ensure accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and provide a positive experience for every customer.



Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email

• Provide information on healthcare services, insurance claims, and coverage

• Assist clients with submitting forms or claims accurately

• Resolve questions or issues efficiently and professionally

• Document all customer interactions and updates in the system

• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
