We are looking for CSR for a BPO Company in Cebu City

This role is an Onsite role that follows a Shifting Schedule

Salary pays up to 24K depending on experience and interview results

Minimum Requirement of at least 2 years of BPO experience required

Requirements:

• HS/SHS Graduate (Old/New)
• ALS Passers w/ certificate
• 2 years Vocational - Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years BPO Experience
• 1 year Chat (accumulative)
• Combined Chat and Sales Experience w/ more than 1-year BPO experience can be accommodated

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound customer service calls;
• Processing inbound sales calls;
• Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls;
