:

To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for Architectural engineer on Construction site to manage general contractor, vendor print review and quality inspection for the execution of a project including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food, agrifood and any of Industrial processing area but not limited to:

  • CSA(Civil/Structure/Architecture) Review and analysis of regulatory requirement
  • Management and coordination with client requirement
  • Project Execution plan and management / ITP Plan / commissioning plan
  • Project schedule and cost control and management
  • Coordination for invoice and payment
  • Responsible for site inspection and report
  • Construction all related Permits and Approvals
  • Bill of Materials Take off
  • Coordination and management of vendor and other discipline
