CS Senior MI Analyst

Working pattern: Full-time (Part-time hours considered)

Salary: Up to £45,000 dependent on experience + 17.5% bonus + benefits package

• Lead the development of insight led MI that supports operational performance and decision making
• Use data platforms and reporting tools to influence improvement across Customer Services
• Full time role with 80% homeworking and 20% office based across Stratford upon Avon, Bristol, York, Glasgow or Northern Ireland
