About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Suppport / Operations Executive to manage daily payment operations, with a focus on RMB deposit and withdrawal processes for FX brokers. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transaction flows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high service standards across payment channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily RMB deposit and withdrawal operations for FX brokers
- Monitor transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Liaise with FX merchants and internal teams to resolve transaction issues
- Follow up on pending, failed, or delayed transactions
- Coordinate with the Compliance team on suspicious or high‑risk transactions
- Maintain accurate transaction records and prepare daily reports
