Cruise Ship Head Butler & Housekeeping

Silversea is seeking a Butler Manager to lead the Housekeeping team aboard our cruise ship, delivering exceptional butler and cleaning services across suites and public areas while upholding Health standards.

You will supervise and train staff, manage budgets, monitor guest satisfaction, ensure compliance with public health policies, and coordinate with other departments to maintain service excellence and cost control.
