Planning
Plan and develop CRM use cases (strategies, mechanics, targeting, offers, etc.), backlog, and user stories that support key strategic imperatives assigned to the squad. Spearhead design of targeted customer experience in campaigns, backed by customer insight and data. Performs regular mechanics updates and improvements to ensure program relevance and attractiveness. Drive campaign development process & ideation, keeping high velocity implementation and employing test and learn strategies to foster innovation. Responsible for achievement of program goals, profitability and cost effectiveness.
