About the Role

CRM Manager - FTC 
London 

Our client is a luxury lifestyle brand who are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to be responsible for building a successful CRM strategy which aligns with the company objectives and customer-centric approach. This role would be 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

You will report to the Director of Digital and E-commerce and be responsible for one direct report.

To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate 4+ years of experience in driving customer retention and loyalty, have expertise in CRM platforms and tech, possess excellent leadership as well as have a results-driven mindset.
