CRM & Email Marketing Coordinator

Role Description

We are seeking a CRM & Email Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of high-performing customer lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS channels for one of E-Commerce teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and deploying campaigns, managing segmentation, and supporting performance tracking while collaborating closely with designers and marketing teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple CRM platforms while working closely with clients and contributing to impactful lifecycle marketing programs.
