About the Role

Purpose

As partners in student success, the Division of Students (the Division) provides services, programs and facilities that foster academic success, student development and community engagement. Supporting the Division, the Communications and Marketing team creates strategic, timely, targeted and engaging student‑centric communications. Under the direction of the Director, Admissions Project, the CRM Coordinator accurately develops, coordinates, plans, and executes on electronic content for prospective and current student audiences, contributing to the marketing and communications focused portions of the build, testing and launch phases of a new Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) implementation. The role uses the CRM to gather, compile and utilize data to segment and plan for the distribution of communications aligned with divisional marketing and communication objectives.
