About the Role

Effectively manage crises as a Crisis Support Worker in disability services, addressing clients' complex needs with compassion and expertise. Support their emotional, social, and behavioral development in various environments.
In this role, you will utilize de-escalation techniques to handle challenging behaviors while ensuring a safe and healthy living space. Your contributions will include driving clients to community activities and assisting with daily household tasks. You will be instrumental in creating and evaluating Individual Support Plans tailored to client needs.
