Crisis and Change Manager Supervisor (Medellín)

We are looking for a Crisis and Change Manager Supervisor to lead our major incident response and organizational change processes within our technology environment. This role is 100% on-site and based in Medellín, Colombia .

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end major incident and crisis response.
• Lead and mentor the Crisis Manager and escalation teams.
• Manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and change enablement process.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead crisis simulations and post-incident reviews.

Requirements
