Job Title: Crewperson 6A - Mechanical Systems - Retro Commissioning Tech
Position Function: The Mechanical Systems Crewperson is directly responsible to the Supervisor. They shall have the ability to carry out assignments and perform work of excellent quality with minimum supervision. The DDC (Direct Digital Controls) Retro-Commissioning Technician is responsible for evaluating, optimizing, and improving the performance of existing building automation systems (BAS). This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that enhance energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and system reliability. Have knowledge with mechanical HVAC systems, building automation systems, and preventive maintenance. Assist others in the maintenance and repair of various types of mechanical equipment.
